1/2 cup sparkling water
8 raspberries
6 ice cubes
2 tbsp raw tapioca pearls
1 shot lemon juice

2 Lipton Green Tea teabags
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sparkling water
8 raspberries
6 ice cubes
2 tbsp raw tapioca pearls
1 shot lemon juice
Boil the tapioca pearls 10-15m. Brew a cup of tea with 2 bags. Cool down to room temp.
Prep your glass: add 8 raspberries and crush with a pestle, add the tapioca then ice and lemon juice.
Add infused tea and top up with sparkling water.
